The staff was so helpful that they upgraded us to a superior room with a large balcony, a bathtub and a view over El Nido bay for about a week. When we decided to stay a couple of nights longer, the price was a regular one, no discount, but we are very thankful for a week's long stay at a steep discount. Whenever we had any request such as your organisation, they arranged it for us. When we had to shift the tour by a day due to not feeling well, they helped us out again at no extra cost. They also warned us that their will be no refund should we not show up eventually, but it is fair. The only drawback I can call out is the drainage in shower. It was fully blocked and the water was leaking outside showr cabin, making all the floor around AC flooded. We asked to fix it, but after their intervention nothing changed. It made using shower highly uncomfortable, so we could only use the bathtub.

Location is very good, easy access by walk to all the hustle and bustle of the main town. We signed up 2 tours, so it's very convient to the meeting point by walk every morning. There are many restaurants and gift shops in town, also can be reached by walk. The laundry service just crossed the street from the hotel are very useful. The small balcony with seaview is a plus. The bed is quite comfortable.

The staff is very friendly. The location is very good. The view from the room is alsoo good. Room no. 505. The bed is very comfortable. There is no smell in the room, the air conditioning is great.

Good location. Walking distance to town. Spacious room and updated room amenities. Good for families (elevator, pool and spacious rooms). Sustainable initiatives: no single use plastic on toiletries, etc.

The property was close to the town square, few minutes walk to the restaurant, shops and bars. The breakfast buffet has good choices of food but they can improve the coffee. The rooms gets clean every day. The room is nice, big and spacious.

The room was spacious and cold. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Internet was just enough to take video calls and so some light work. The best part about the hotel is the location since it's just walking distance to El Nido's main nightlife and restaurant area.

Very near location to beach front. You can walk to go to restaurants by the beach. Clean rooms and accommodating staffs. Buffet breakfast is also with good variety. Good service.

Really nice hotel. Great location, just a couple minutes walk from the main road of el nido. The hotel is new, so everything was pretty much new. The staff were great, they took care of anything we needed.
